Payroll Operations Specialist

As a Payroll Operations Specialist at MicroStrategy Poland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in coordinating external payroll vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with external payroll agencies to guarantee precise and timely payroll execution, adhering to agreed-upon calendars.
- Maintain payroll operations by following established internal policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal business partners to collect change input data and transfer it to the payroll provider.
- Audit payroll results against accuracy, compliance with local laws and regulations, and applicable SOX controls.
- Administer payroll documentation and records, including distributing payslips and annual tax certificates to employees.
- Provide professional and timely responses to employee inquiries related to payroll matters via internal channels.
- Prepare ad hoc financial and operational reporting and analysis as needed.
- Ensure the achievement of operational payroll-related target key performance indicators and maintain service levels for internal customers and stakeholders.
- Support internal and external periodical and ad-hoc payroll audits.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Payroll SSC/GBS/BPO environment, preferably in the EMEA Region.
- University degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience in coordinating external payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, TMF).
- Fluent English language skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Complete understanding of compensation plans.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
The estimated salary range for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure reflects the average salary for a similar role in Warsaw, Poland.
