We are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for supporting all operational payrolls for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely review and submission of EMEA payroll data to meet payroll processing deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to all EMEA payroll processes and controls to guarantee fully compliant payroll operations across the region.
- Timely completion of EMEA payroll payments, including relevant deductions for employment taxes, other statutory deductions, benefits, and other items.
- Produce monthly payroll-related reconciliations and support GL delivery to all Finance partners.
- Assist the Head of Payroll - EMEA in implementing the global payroll strategy for the region, including but not limited to data migration reconciliations, parallel payroll runs, and integration testing.
In return for your expertise, we offer a highly competitive salary package estimated at around PLN 120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is inclusive of various benefits and allowances.
Requirements:- Experience and knowledge with 3 or more EMEA countries is required.
- Demonstrable experience of supporting EMEA payroll transformation projects is highly beneficial.
- Previous use of Workday and associated payroll integrations is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or related experience or discipline.
- Deep experience of EMEA payroll operations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of building personal networks.
