Job Title: Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing regulatory reporting returns, providing expert advice to stakeholders, and contributing to the European Banking Authority (EBA) QIS and Climate stress testing returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare regulatory reporting returns (CCR RWA) for local and consolidated reporting to relevant authorities
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders across Business, Risk, and Finance on Risk-Weighted Assets (RWAs)
  • Contribute to the European Banking Authority (EBA) QIS and Climate stress testing returns for the bank
  • Ensure high standards of reporting and respond effectively to ad-hoc regulatory requests
  • Support the delivery of regulatory reporting transformation initiatives, including strategic business decisions and mandatory regulatory changes
  • Conduct impact analysis in the context of Basel 3 reforms, model changes, and new product implementations
  • Assist in business transformation projects and strategic initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement by suggesting and supporting optimization and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in regulatory reporting and analysis within the banking sector
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Basel III, COREP, PILLAR 3, and related reporting requirements
  • Proven expertise in preparing and analyzing complex regulatory reports and responding to regulatory inquiries
  • Experience with stress testing, impact analysis, and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant regulatory reporting tools and systems
