Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regulatory Reporting Programme Manager to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a sustainable regulatory reporting framework, ensuring that IRR control standards and design requirements are correctly and consistently implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement regulatory reporting framework: Support the development and implementation of a regulatory reporting framework in line with Regulatory Reporting & Data Policy requirements.
  • Manage plans and milestones: Manage plans, milestones, and delivery to ensure timely execution of IRR deliverables.
  • Collaborate with teams: Collaborate with various teams, including Reporting Operations, Policy, Financial Control, Group IRR Programme teams, Data Architecture Office, DBS, and Risk & Compliance, for effective coordination and communication.
  • Track progress and monitor delivery: Track progress against plans and monitor delivery against KPIs.
  • Manage risks and issues: Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.
  • Prepare governance materials: Prepare governance materials, clearly articulating key messages.
  • Provide programme and project support: Provide programme and project support across various tasks as needed.
  • Recommend improvements: Recommend improvements and promote a culture of control awareness and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Programme and project management experience: Strong programme and project management experience.
  • Regulatory reporting knowledge: Significant experience and knowledge of regulatory reporting, processes, and controls, or a strong desire to learn.
  • Regulator understanding: Understanding of the role of regulators and the context of regulatory reporting.
  • Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA/CIMA) or similar educational qualification preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to solve complex problems and identify improvements.
  • Communication skills: Proven track record of delivering complex/technical projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
