About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Programme Manager to join our client's team in Kraków. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and career growth in an international environment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a sustainable regulatory reporting framework, ensuring timely execution of IRR deliverables, and collaborating with various teams for effective coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of a regulatory reporting framework aligned with Regulatory Reporting & Data Policy requirements.
  • Manage plans, milestones, and delivery to ensure timely execution of IRR deliverables.
  • Collaborate with teams including Reporting Operations, Policy, Financial Control, Group IRR Programme teams, Data Architecture Office, DBS, and Risk & Compliance for effective coordination and communication.
  • Track progress against plans and monitor delivery against KPIs.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.
  • Prepare governance materials clearly articulating key messages.
Requirements
  • Strong programme and project management experience.
  • Significant experience and knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and controls, or a strong desire to learn.
  • Understanding of the role of regulators and the context of regulatory reporting.
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA/CIMA) or similar educational qualification preferred.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and identify improvements.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects efficiently and effectively.
