Programme Manager - Data Movement

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of our Data Movement programme. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive the execution of key programmes and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the execution of the Data Movement programme and maintain comprehensive oversight of the product development roadmap and adoption plans.
  2. Develop and implement a delivery strategy and approach across multiple projects or activities, ensuring stakeholder alignment with plans, commitments, and changes.
  3. Manage reporting, governance, and benefits realization/OKR management, adhering to the Bank's Change Framework.
  4. Lead Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMOs on high-profile global deliveries to ensure commitments are met regarding budget, benefits, schedule, and scope.
Key Skills:
  1. At least 10 years of experience in Programme Manager / Delivery Lead role
  2. Very good understanding of data-related deliveries. Proven experience delivering and working with complex technologies
  3. Excellent knowledge of financial institutions / financial services, in particular
  4. Extensive programme management/delivery lead skills and experience in managing large and complex global deliveries in a changing environment are paramount.
  5. Ability to develop capability in change teams through coaching and training delivery
  6. Ability to lead and motivate high-performing global teams in multiple locations
  7. Strong stakeholder management experience
  8. Exceptional ability to think strategically, manage complexity, balance significant change and multiple key priorities
  9. Proven delivery of on-time and on-budget programs that achieve business case-stated outcomes with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
  10. Experience in applying Agile methodology in program and product development
  11. PMP / PRINCE 2 certification advantageous
  12. Fluency in English
