As a Senior Business Developer for New Verticals, you'll be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, presenting our products, and managing the lead pipeline. This role combines outreach, relationship management, and strategic partnership building.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
    • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and companies that align with Oppizi's goals
    • Build and manage a pipeline of new leads using CRM tools like HubSpot
    • Perform cold outreach and create effective lead sequences to initiate contact with potential partners
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
    • Conduct product demos to showcase the value of Oppizi's solutions to decision-makers
    • Develop tailored presentations and pitches for prospective partners, focusing on their specific needs and opportunities for collaboration
    • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaboration & Strategy
    • Work alongside the marketing, product, and regional management teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals
    • Share market insights and feedback from partners to help guide product improvements and strategic adjustments
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Track and monitor lead activity using CRM tools like HubSpot, ensuring accurate records and smooth pipeline management
    • Meet weekly KPIs, including 250 outbound calls and 10 meetings with prospective partners
    • Report regularly on pipeline progress, market insights, and partnership performance to the Germany Country Manager
