GXO Logistics is looking for an ambitious Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Warsaw office and providing support to various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of relevant experience in office coordination/management and possess strong communication skills. Fluency in Polish and communicative English (min. B2 level) are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and a valid driver's license are also essential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing office-related matters, handling phone or email communication, and cooperating with building administration and subcontractors.

  • Performing administrative duties, managing documentation, archiving files, and preparing documents for signature by a Board Member.
  • Handling purchasing tasks, managing office and food supply orders, ordering office equipment, and creating orders in the Coupa system.
