Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Chabre IT Services, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in IT outsourcing, including nearshoring, onshoring, and offshoring services, as well as IT consulting and custom software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT outsourcing, leveraging your expertise in the IT industry.
- Develop and present compelling commercial proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our IT services.
- Strategically implement and execute business development plans to expand our cooperation and partnerships in the IT sector.
- Negotiate terms of cooperation with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and offering solutions that enhance their business operations.
- Drive the expansion of our international presence, focusing on key markets such as the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Western Europe.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in B2B sales, in the IT industry, with a focus on outsourcing.
- Solid understanding of the latest trends in the IT market, such as AI and related technologies.
- Knowledge of commercial transactions and sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English (minimum level B2/C1).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
