Lundbeck, a leader in Brain Health, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Transformation Project Manager Leader to join their Process Excellence & Transformation Team.

This exceptional opportunity involves participating in shaping agile culture, promoting continuous improvement, and driving business value through project execution. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to implement projects that add real value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end projects included in the new transformation roadmap and build an efficient PMO organization.
  • Monitor project execution to effectively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Manage a team to achieve desired project results within planned time, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve expected outcomes and add real value to the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
  • Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
  • English language proficiency at C1 level.
  • Agile methodology expertise is an advantage.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent are an advantage.
