As a key member of the Talent Acquisition function, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies to attract and engage top talent in France and broader EMEA locations.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €85,000 - €110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves leading full life-cycle recruitment activities from inception to completion, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to deliver a great candidate experience that enhances Newell Brands' reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruiting process, including research/sourcing, hiring manager engagement, posting job adverts, pre-screening/interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Building productive partnerships with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Acting as a Talent Brand Ambassador, providing timely and actionable feedback to candidates.
  • Partnering with and guiding managers and colleagues in best practice recruitment.
  • Mentoring more junior TA colleagues when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in English and French.
  • A proven background in in-house recruitment, ideally in an FMCG or related environment.
