Job Title: Customer Support Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our Operations - Customer Support department, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and/or email created tickets. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and customer service to customers using Trimble Transportation products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle support calls via triage, ensuring no calls are rejected
  • Manage support tickets in assigned language queue(s) (FIFO)
  • Perform initial analysis of reported issues
  • Conduct validation calls and follow up with installers
  • Handle Return Authorizations (RA) tickets
  • Adhere to escalation and support policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels

Requirements:

  • Fluent German, proficient English, and the ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication
  • Comfortable in an IT and software environment
  • High level of organizational skills, pro-activity, and reliability
  • Willingness to learn new products and procedures
  • Prior experience working in customer support centers is a plus
