Job Description

As a Marketing Analytics Manager at Sonova, you will be responsible for creating global marketing performance measurement frameworks that leverage data from all channels and platforms to increase the benefit of marketing initiatives on company performance. Your tasks will include developing dashboards, training and documenting local markets and global teams, driving standardization, and providing ongoing visibility into the impact of marketing campaigns and programs.

Your Profile
  • University degree in economics, marketing, statistics, analytics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of multi-channel marketing activities
  • Proactive, self-driven, and highly motivated professional with high-level accountability
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Experience with global web analytics technology stack, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SEM Rush, and HotJar
