About the Role

The Derivatives Hub Application Development Consultant will be responsible for performing system and business analysis for complex Derivative product types, including cleared, listed, and OTC, to design optimal software solutions addressing industry, client, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the industrial agile development process within the Derivatives Hub application teams directly as a team member in either a Scrum Master or Systems Analyst capacity.
  • Perform project management roles aiding in the delivery of software to production. Provide leadership to iAgile teams.
  • Provide Derivative subject matter expertise to support critical production issues as well as triaging issues identified in the development process.
  • Provide Derivative Hub application subject matter expertise to business users, business project resources, and to developers and testers.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-learning, detail oriented, and highly responsible.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working with multiple teams in various locations in an agile environment.

Education and Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent or related field.
  • Seven or more years of Financial Service experience.
  • OTC, Cleared, and Listed Derivatives experience.
