About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Local HR Services team as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support with employee onboarding, administrative processes, and payroll preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Prepare reports for payroll and ensure accuracy of employment documents
  • Maintain employee files and archive documents
  • Support other ad-hoc activities as needed

Requirements

  • Student in a university, business administration, or HR-oriented field
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
