About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Local HR Services team as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports for payroll and maintaining employee files
  • Collaborate with other teams within HR to resolve employee requests and consult on HR-related matters
  • Conduct quality checks on employment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support other ad-hoc activities as needed

Requirements

  • Student in a university, business administration, or HR-oriented field (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with confidential information
  • Attention to detail, good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a self-driven attitude
  • Fluency in written and verbal Polish and English, with excellent MS Office skills
