About the Role:

The Sales Enablement Expert - Warsaw will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development and execution of strategic plans. This role requires a strong background in Sales and Engineering, with experience operating within the Automation and Process industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Collaborate with sales engineers to identify and close new business opportunities.
  3. Ensure analytical solutions are aligned with customer requirements and provide technical support as needed.
  4. Actively engage with customers to promote Analytical solutions relevant for targeted opportunities.
  5. Participate in competitive intelligence and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams in driving business growth and expansion.

About You:

You should have a strong background in Sales and Engineering, with experience operating within the Automation and Process industry. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel frequently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience operating within Automation and Process industry.
  • Background in Sales and Engineering with strong skills in strategic management and leadership.
  • Ability to travel to fulfill duties of the role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
