About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our CMS organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial services to support major infrastructure projects.

About the Job

This is a full-time employment contract with a competitive salary corresponding to qualifications (approximately 120,000 - 180,000 PLN per year, depending on experience). Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective commercial / contract management skills, with clear knowledge of best practice contract methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, collaborative and team working skills, with the ability to act as deputy.
  • Able to demonstrate a considerable track record of successful procurement and effective contract administration.
  • Highly developed commercial skills and demonstrable ability to make sound decisions on matters of significant financial value.
  • Good understanding of contract performance measurement, risk management and change and claim management.
  • Track record with most common Forms of Contract (NEC & FIDIC) within major infrastructure projects and programme environment; with knowledge of legal matters and its impact upon the contract and commercial function.
  • Good understanding of the legal and regulatory framework.
  • Comfortable in managing stakeholders effectively.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience of working in regulated industries
  • Knowledge of nuclear site licence conditions and the nuclear baseline philosophy
  • Member of the RICS / CIPS or equivalent professional body
  • Knowledge of French or Polish language would be advantageous.
  • SC level clearance
