About the Opportunity:
As a Customer Service Operations Manager with French fluency, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
- Coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation
- Communicate effectively with customers, Agfa Accounts, and Sales teams
- Resolve supply issues, aligning internally and keeping customers informed
- Promote the use of our Agfa Graphics Internet Sales tool
- Work closely with local and country teams, interacting with HQ as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and good command of English
- Good Italian will be an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a true team player
- Good planning and execution skills
- Accuracy and ability to follow-up and track
- Ability to multitask
