About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join ABB's sales management team in Poland. As a Sales Manager (Motors & Drives), you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve our company's objectives. This includes leading the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and improving existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the motor and drive technology industry, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets. You will also be required to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
