Revolutionizing Kidney Care: A New Era in Medical Technology
Baxter is on a mission to transform the kidney care space through innovation and expertise. We are seeking a highly skilled P2P Supervisor to join our EMEA team and contribute to our success.
- As a P2P Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 10 P2P Specialists, ensuring that they meet defined service level agreements and drive a culture of service excellence.
- You will work closely with Baxter Business Services (BBS) personnel and vendors to address and resolve issues, enforce channel strategies, and manage compliance with defined policies and procedures.
- Your expertise will be essential in minimizing errors, adopting straight-through processing principles, and investigating complex invoice processing issues.
- You will also support period-end close reconciliation activities, reconcile supplier statements, and analyze general ledger accounts as instructed.
- Additionally, you will maintain a high-performing team, provide coaching and reviews, and approve employee performance evaluations for completeness and fairness.
- You will play a key role in monitoring the quality of responses to customers and setting escalation policies, as well as planning, organizing, and defining roles for team members to ensure customer service expectations are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of Finance experience, including functional Accounts Payable experience.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Working knowledge of general accounting practices.
- Experience with presentations.
- Knowledge of AP technology.
