Baxter is revolutionizing the way we approach Accounts Payable, and we're looking for a talented EMEA P2P Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our AP team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of P2P Specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving process excellence across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of up to 10 P2P Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, and BBS, to ensure seamless execution of AP processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in AP best practices and technology.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze AP metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with AP policies and procedures, maintaining a culture of excellence and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, with a focus on Accounts Payable.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of AP technology and systems, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
