About Our Team

Our team at Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH is committed to excellence in logistics and supply chain management. As a Procurement and Distribution Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Your primary responsibilities will include auditing information to ensure accuracy and compliance, reviewing and auditing SAP Inbound delivery data, verifying SAP order data, and developing plans for container deliveries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and compliant information in SAP systems through regular audits and reviews
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve any discrepancies in Inbound delivery data
  • Verify and validate SAP order data to maintain accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and implement efficient plans for container deliveries to optimize supply chain operations
Requirements:
  • Fixed-term contract until March 2026
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or freight forwarding companies (FFWD preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general Microsoft Office programs
