Job Description

This role as an Enterprise Sales Consultant is critical to driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As an integral member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Sales Focus: The primary focus of this role is to drive new business opportunities through proactive engagement with existing and prospective customers, leveraging the vast TD SYNNEX product portfolio to deliver value-added solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key customers, understanding their goals, challenges, and pain points to develop targeted solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, account planning, and strategic partnerships.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals, regularly reviewing and updating CRM records to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal resource allocation.
  • Quote Generation: Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers, leveraging TD SYNNEX's extensive product offerings to create compelling value propositions.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, aligning sales strategies with customer objectives to drive consistent growth and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ Years of Relevant Professional Experience: Proven track record in sales or account management, with a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions and their application in driving business growth.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with C-level executives, understand their needs, and articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Numerical Acumen and Attention to Detail: Accurate quote generation, thorough knowledge of CRM systems, and meticulous attention to detail in managing customer relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with TD SYNNEX's product portfolio, including enterprise software solutions, hardware, and services.
  • Leadership and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
