About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Assistant to join our team, working with our client, a multinational tech firm. In this diverse role, you will have a variety of responsibilities and activities within the facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the reception area, providing assistance when needed.
  • Handle conference room bookings, including rescheduling and adjusting schedules as required.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events within the office.
  • Provide support in administrative activities related to Facilities Operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for necessary maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Report faults and problems to the Operations Lead and assist with the upkeep of the office.
  • Manage supplies and monitor stock levels for items associated with reception.
  • Update and maintain records and data as necessary for Facilities Operations.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and personable with a strong focus on providing quality customer service.
  • Advanced English language is a must.
  • Creates a warm and engaging environment for visitors as they enter the office.
  • Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle various responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in changing situations.
  • Previous experience in administration or exposure to facilities management is required.
  • Sound knowledge of IT packages is essential.
