Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and advanced Spanish (B2+).
