PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is a global organization that requires efficient and effective human resource processes to deliver its services. The Global HR Process Associate Manager will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying global processes to meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop a broad understanding of PepsiCo and in-depth knowledge across specific WFA process areas and tools;
  • Work with key stakeholders to create data and analysis for WFA activities from EC/Snow for sectors & countries;
  • Partner with Change Management & Project Management teams during process design, planning, and implementation of the WFA process;
  • Collaborate with WFA SMEs in Hubs/Sectors towards collection, understanding, documentation, and translation of business requirements for the WFA project;
  • Review Business Process design and documentation to ensure all relevant information has been captured;
  • Manage issue gathering and resolution within a project environment ensuring business requirements are met without compromising process improvement(s) or applications being implemented;
  • Document all work using required standards, methods, and tools and recommend improvements to standards where appropriate.

Requirements

">
  • 7-9 years of experience in WFA activities;
  • Previous experience in a ServiceNow environment;
  • 6 years of experience working in an Employee Central environment including good understanding of EC;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively manage conversations with different sectors;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Positive approach.
