Senior HR Process Specialist with German

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strong ties with stakeholders to collect and finalize commitments meeting contractual thresholds.
  • Swiftly respond to client inquiries and escalations, providing accurate information via various communication channels.
  • Clearly explain HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions within and across teams.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of work.
Your Profile
  • Experience in managing employee lifecycle activities including personal, job, and pay changes, HR documentation, new hires, transfers, leave, and absences.
  • Regular client interactions via phone, chat, and email to resolve HR-related issues and collaborate with other team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English and German (at least B2 level).
