At TN Poland, we are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as an HVAC Systems Sales Specialist. This exciting opportunity will involve promoting the Victaulic System for binding applications and HVAC solutions in the Polish market.

As an HVAC Systems Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and expanding the company's presence in the region. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and contractors to provide technical expertise and support for the Victaulic System.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the Victaulic System through regular field demonstrations and presentations.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and contractors to increase sales and market share.
  • Providing training and technical support to ensure proper installation of the Victaulic System.
  • Liaising with local distributors and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, marketing activities, and customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%) and work independently.
  • Familiarity with the piping industry and a passion for innovation.
