Job Title: Customer Success Engineer - Insight Hub

At SmartBear, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Success Engineer - Insight Hub, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals with our products.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, colleagues, and the developer community to educate and facilitate technical adoption of our products, particularly in the areas of Observability, Mobile Application Development, Application Performance Management, and Distributed Tracing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our products.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers to develop and execute customer success plans.
  • Identify and address customer pain points, providing solutions and recommendations to drive value realization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of customer-facing experience, with a strong technical background.
  • Experience in developing in one or more of the following categories: JavaScript, Java, Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
