About the Role:
The Global HRIS Analyst will support the HRIS team with different implementations and ongoing enhancements, mainly in the Workday solution. This includes gathering and following up on business requests for technical upgrades and enhancements of our different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brilliant communication to inform the business and relevant parties of the latest developments, changes, training etc.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Support Quarterly SOX Audit Activities and Bi-annual Workday release.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Critical thinking and analytical ability.
- Organization, planning, project management skills and ability to follow through consistently under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and desire to provide quality.
- Fluency in English is a must.
