Rublon Astec, a leading cybersecurity software provider, is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to provide technical support to end-users of our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution. As a Cybersecurity Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing Rublon MFA, identifying and implementing solutions to issues reported by users, and ensuring smooth operation of second-level support in cooperation with foreign partners.

You will also facilitate communication between users and third-level support teams, implement changes, and adjust documentation according to ITIL methodology.

Requirements:
  • Very good written and oral knowledge of German and English languages (level C1 or better)
  • Experience in a similar position, using support ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of incident, change, and issue management practices in line with ITIL methodology
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux server environments
