Technical Support Specialist for Seeburger Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ITDS, a leading provider of innovative IT solutions in the financial industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support for critical production systems, ensuring their smooth operation and resolving incidents efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Seeburger BIS, Java, and IBM SFG (Sterling Integrator) with experience in Unix/Linux/Windows environments. You should also possess hands-on experience with AppDynamics/Splunk or similar monitoring tools and excellent problem-solving skills.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with our global team to deliver consistent service, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service delivery procedures defined by ITIL. You will also participate in social events, training, and work in an international environment, enjoying access to attractive medical packages, multisport programs, Pluralsight, flexible hours, and remote work options.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate system failures and incidents reported on supported services
  • Communicate with business and IT teams to resolve issues
  • Provide on-call support and ensure timely incident resolution
  • Perform root-cause analysis for production issues
  • Work as part of a global team to deliver consistent service
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and service delivery procedures defined by ITIL
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for service delivery
  • Continuously improve processes and contribute to service excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Production Technical Support Engineer
  • Expertise in Seeburger BIS, Java, and IBM SFG (Sterling Integrator)
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux/Windows environments
  • Hands-on experience with AppDynamics/Splunk or similar monitoring tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
