We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our multilingual service desk team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our global customers through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and self-service tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and effective technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues with advanced Active Directory, O365, software installation, printers, and other standard applications.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi is essential.
  • Utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage and track customer requests efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in a Service Desk/Technical Support role, preferably with L1 certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate global customer needs.
  • Fluency in English and German/French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
