Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Basic knowledge of OAuth2 (auth0/Octane)
  • Basic knowledge of k8s
  • Basic knowledge of REST API
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with cloudwatch, datadog or similar
  • Ability to find a root cause of a bug/incident
  • Ability to support integrators (internal clients/teams/applications)
  • Basic scripting skills (bash)
