We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Global Service Desk team in Poland.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tier two support on customer requests, inquiries, and/or questions through email, phone, or live chat. Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot, document, escalate, and manage trouble resolution in the best interest of the customer and company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex issues and customers, with excellent communication skills in French, English, and Polish. You will also be required to work on tasks outside of the queue as assigned by management and develop knowledge of and learn business systems within the GSD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tier two support on customer requests, inquiries, and/or questions through email, phone, or live chat
- Troubleshoot, document, escalate, and manage trouble resolution in the best interest of the customer and company
- Work on tasks outside of the queue as assigned by management
- Develop knowledge of and learn business systems within the GSD
- Assist with post-training support of new hires and provide side-by-side mentoring to peers and less senior agents
Requirements:
- Fluent written and verbal proficiency in French, English, and Polish
- Proven experience in a senior customer support/service role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
