Job Description
Avoiding travel when possible, you will be responsible for technical customer support from a distance. Key tasks include providing remote assistance via online tools, offering initial-level technical support to regional and global customers, and providing second-level support, including troubleshooting and maintenance through remote access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless customer experience through prompt and efficient technical support.
  • Support the sales team by addressing technical questions and after-sales inquiries related to upgrades and other business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Back up field service personnel and provide on-site support as needed.
