Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at the Bruker Business Support Center Sp. z o.o. in Poland.

Bruker is a leading manufacturer of high-voltage equipment, and our Business Support Center provides expert technical support to customers worldwide.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide technical customer support remotely, handle customer hotline inquiries, and provide installation, maintenance, and repair services using remote tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Support regional and global customer hotlines
  • Perform installations, replacements of spare parts, diagnostics, and planned maintenance through remote tools
  • Assist sales teams with technical questions and after-sales support
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through regular contacts
  • Backup for field service and provide onsite customer support when required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in material science, physics, or engineering, 1-3 years of experience in high-voltage equipment, and 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in material science, physics, or engineering
  • 1-3 years experience of high-voltage equipment
  • 1-3 years experience in customer service
  • Excellent client service skills; customer and solution-oriented
  • Excellent IT skills and motivation to support by video and online tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Language: English (min. C1 Level)
  • One additional language will be beneficial (e.g. German, French, Italian, or Spanish)

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
