At the Bruker Business Support Center (BSC) in Warsaw, Poland, our team provides business services for various regions. We are currently seeking a talented Remote Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers remotely through online tools and software.
- Support regional and global customer hotline, offering first-level assistance.
- Offer second-level support for installations, spare parts replacement, diagnostics, and planned maintenance using remote tools.
- Collaborate with sales teams on technical inquiries and after-market sales.
- Maintain regular customer contacts to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Back up field service teams and provide on-site support when required.
Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in material science, physics, or engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience with high-voltage equipment and customer service.
- Excellent client service skills, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong IT skills and willingness to utilize video and online tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language proficiency: English (C1 level) and an additional language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish).
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
