Global Service Desk Agent Role

The Senior Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing tier two support on customer requests, inquiries, and/or questions through email, phone, or live chat. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to troubleshoot, document, escalate, and manage trouble resolution in the best interest of the customer and company.

This role requires someone who is fluent in English and has a proven years experience in senior customer support/service role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
