As a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Blue Yonder, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels
  • Resolving complex technical issues related to our software solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge base articles to enhance customer self-service capabilities
Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Deliver excellent customer experience by resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Owning customer solutions for Tier 1/2 customers
  • Participating in implementation projects to ensure smooth delivery continuum into Operate through phased go-lives
  • Contributing to consumption/adoption improvement plans
  • Achieving high customer satisfaction and making a positive impact on NPS scores
  • Ensuring adherence to SLA/SLO, quality standards, and practices
  • Implementing monitoring and diagnostics practices using applicable Monitoring & Diagnostic (M&D) tools
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills and experience with DBMS (e.g., SQL, Oracle) for application support
  • Proficiency in coding languages where applicable
  • Experience with IT/SAAS application support
  • Proactive support and operations improvement ability
  • Familiarity with Next Gen Technology (e.g., AppD, Splunk, Azure, Python)
  • Solution architecture, deployment, and automation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills for effective client communication
  • Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian)
Our Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
