Customer Support Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and upgrading payment solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Analyze and complete customer requests within agreed timescales
- Communicate with Specialist Groups to resolve technical issues
- Understand customer technical environments and payment solution configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our payment solution
- Work on customer activities and standard projects
- Perform tests and sign off on functional requirements
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- First experience in a support team
- Proficiency in Linux is a plus
- Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g. Python) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of electronic banking/money is an asset
- Fluency in English and French
