Customer Support Specialist with Bulgarian

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with Bulgarian language proficiency to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting customers in placing sports bets
- Verifying the age of bettors
- Division of working time: 70% back-office, 15% phone, 15% other activities
- Knowledge of Bulgarian at the level of min. C1
- Knowledge of English at min. B2
- Availability for min. 150h per month
- Availability for 24/7 shifts
- Civil contract with salary 40 PLN gross/h
