About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels.

  • Collaborate with the support team to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with experience of using Hubspot an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
