Customer Service Representative with Bulgarian Language Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through chat in Bulgarian, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Support customers throughout the purchasing process, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Process returns and complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Bulgarian language at B2 level or higher.
  • Knowledge of Polish or English at B2 level or higher, necessary for training purposes.
  • Availability to work project hours: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with a minimum of 120 hours per month.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills.
  • High personal culture and professionalism.

Experience in customer-facing roles is an asset.
