Job Title: Chat Support Consultant with Bulgarian

Your role will involve providing exceptional customer support to our clients through chat, utilizing your Bulgarian language skills to deliver a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Bulgarian, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Support customers throughout the purchasing process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Process returns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Edit offers to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide top-notch service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Bulgarian language at B2 level or higher.
  • Knowledge of Polish or English at B2 level (required for training purposes).
  • Availability to work project hours: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with a minimum of 120 hours per month.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills.
  • High personal culture and professionalism.
