Customer Support Specialist with Czech

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with Czech language proficiency to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers in placing sports bets
- Verifying the age of bettors
- Division of working time: 70% back-office, 15% phone, 15% other activities
Requirements
- Knowledge of Czech at the level of min. C1
- Knowledge of English at min. B2
- Availability for min. 150h per month
- Availability for 24/7 shifts
