Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone calls.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in Czech and English (B2), with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone calls to understand their concerns and provide resolutions.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers by being proactive and responsive to their needs.
  • Meet team KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and product information to provide accurate support.
  • Safeguard sensitive customer information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Apply best practices in customer happiness and retention strategies.
  • Develop working knowledge of our clients' products and services.

Requirements

  • Excellent Czech and English (B2) communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
