Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o., you will be responsible for providing tier two support on customer requests, inquiries, and/or questions through email, phone, or live chat. Your duties will include troubleshooting, documenting, escalating, and managing trouble resolution in the best interest of the customer and company.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing complex support to customers through various communication channels
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of business systems and processes
  • Providing training and coaching to junior agents

Requirements
  • Fluent written and verbal Italian, as well as English, Polish (other languages a bonus)
  • Proven years of experience in senior customer support/service role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
