Customer Service Representative with Bulgarian Language

Job Description

Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in Bulgarian.
  • Providing support to customers throughout the purchasing process.
  • Handling and processing returns and complaints.
  • Ensuring the highest possible quality of service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of the Bulgarian language, at least at the B2 level.
  • Knowledge of Polish or English, at least at the B2 level, to participate in training.
  • The ability to work a minimum of 120 hours per month, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday.
  • Precise and clear communication skills.
  • A high level of personal culture.
Experience

Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an asset.
