Customer Service Representative with Bulgarian Language

Your tasks will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat in Bulgarian.
- Providing support to customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Handling and processing returns and complaints.
- Ensuring the highest possible quality of service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong knowledge of the Bulgarian language, at least at the B2 level.
- Knowledge of Polish or English, at least at the B2 level, to participate in training.
- The ability to work a minimum of 120 hours per month, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday.
- Precise and clear communication skills.
- A high level of personal culture.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an asset.
